بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على كافة الأنبياء والمُرسَلين وآلهم الطيّبين من أوّلهم إلى خاتمهم محمد رسول الله ومن تبعهم بإحسانٍ إلى يوم الدين، أمّا بعد..
من الإمام المهديّ المنتظَر إلى كافة علماء الفلك في البشر وإلى كافة خطباء المنابر وإلى كلّ مسلمٍ وكافرٍ..
أَشهد لله الواحد القهّار الذي خلق الجانّ من مارجٍ من نارٍ وخلق الإنسان من صلصالٍ كالفخار أنّ الشمس سوف تدرك القمر الإدراك الأكبر في هلال محرم للعام الجديد 1436 فيولد هلال محرم من قبل الكسوف فتجتمع به الشمس في الكسوف المنتظر وقد هو هلال.
وربّما يودّ العالم الفلكي ملهم هندي أو خالد الزعاق أو محمد عودة أو كافة علماء الفلك أن يقولوا: "مهلاً مهلاً يا من يزعم أنّه المهديّ المنتظَر، فنحن علماء الفلك أعلم بحركة الشمس والقمر من كافة علماء المنابر، وبما أنّ هذا البيان الثاني لمن يزعم أنّه المهديّ المنتظَر وتفتي فيه البشرَ أنّ هلال محرم لعام 1436 سوف يولد من قبل الكسوف المنتظر نهاية ذي الحجّة فتجتمع به الشمس وقد هو هلال فالسؤال الموجّه لمن يزعم أنّه المهديّ المنتظَر هو؛ فبما أنّ هذه الفتوى الثانية منك يا ناصر محمد حول ميلاد هلال محرم لعام 1436 بأنّه سوف يولد من قبل الكسوف المنتظر فتجتمع به الشمس وقد هو هلال ونحن كافة علماء الفلك نفتي أنّ هلال محرم لعام 1436 سوف يولد من بعد الكسوف وناصر محمد يقول من قبل الكسوف بسبب أنّ الشمس أدركت القمر تصديقاً لأحد أشراط الساعة الكبرى حسب فتوى ناصر محمد اليماني والسؤال الموجّه إليك يا ناصر محمد اليماني هو: متى سوف تكون ولادة هلال محرم لعام 1436؟".
فمن ثم يردُّ المهديّ المنتظَر ناصر محمد اليماني على كافة السائلين وأقول: سوف يولد هلال محرم للعام الجديد 1436 ليلة الخميس وتجتمع به الشمس وقد هو هلال ليلة الجمعة والله على ما أقول شهيدٌ ووكيلٌ. وسبق الإعلان في بيانٍ قبل هذا عن إحدى ليالي البدر الأولى بأنّها الجمعة، وكنت منتظراً من العالم الفلكي ملهم هندي أن يلقي بالسؤال إلى ناصر محمد اليماني ويقول: "يا ناصر محمد لقد علمنا من فتواك أنّ هلال محرم للعام الجديد 1436 سوف يولد من قبل ليلة الجمعة واستنبطنا ذلك من خلال قولك سوف يولد هلال محرم من قبل الكسوف، ونراك جعلت ليلة وميقات ميلاد هلال محرم مبهمَ الوقت والتاريخ لتحتفظ بسرّ الإدراك لنفسك حتى تقيم على علماء الفلك الحجّة في كلّ مرةٍ لكون فتواك السابقة تقول فيها وسوف يولد هلال محرم لعام 1436 من قبل الكسوف فتجتمع به الشمس وقد هو هلال ليلة الجمعة، ولن نحرجك لبيان سرّ الإدراك، ولكن عليك أن تقيم علينا الحجّة يا ناصر محمد وتفتينا عن القمر البدر ليلة السبت فنحن كافة علماء الفلك جميعاً دون أي اختلاف بين اثنين نؤكد أنّ القمر البدر لليلة السبت لشهر محرم لعام 1436 هي ليلة الخامس عشر من شهر محرم 1436".
فمن ثم يردُّ الإمام المهديّ ناصر محمد اليماني وأقول للعالم الفلكي ملهم محمد هندي وللعالم الفلكي خالد الزعاق وللعالم الفلكي محمد عودة ولكافة علماء الفلك ونقول: عليكم أن تراقبوا القمر البدر لليلة السبت ليلة منتصف شهر محرم في حسابكم أنتم حسب تقاريركم، فتراقبوا غروب القمر البدر صباح السبت وحتماً سوف تجدوا قمر ليلة السبت حقاً تأخّر عن غروبه المعلوم لديكم في حساباتكم، فمن ثمّ تبرِئُوا ذمّتكم أمام الله وأمام أمّتكم فتعترفوا بالخلل الفلكيّ وأنكم حقاً وجدتم قمر ليلة النصف تأخّر في غروبه لا شك ولا ريب، فمن ثم تعترفوا أنّه لا بدّ أنّ هلال محرم لعام 1436 ولد من قبل الكسوف واجتمعت به الشمس وقد هو هلال وأنّ هذا لا ينبغي له أنْ يحدث منذ أن خلق الله السماوات والأرض. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنْبَغِي لَهَا أَنْ تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَلَا اللَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ وَكُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [يس:40]. حتى يدخل عمر الحياة الدنيا في عصر أشراط الساعة الكبرى فمن ثمّ تدرك الشمس القمر فيولد الهلال من قبل الاقتران فتجتمع به الشمس وقد هو هلال إلى ما يشاء الله تدرك الشمس القمر في أوّل الشهر، فمن ثم يسبق الليل النهار بطلوع الشمس من مغربها بسبب مرور ما يسمونه الكوكب العاشر نيبيرو.
وإنّما تدرك الشمس القمر نذيراً للبشر من قبل أن يسبق الليل النهار لكون آية الإدراك سوف تتبيّن لكم بأنّها الحقُّ على الواقع الحقيقي لا شكّ ولا ريب، فمن ثم تعلنون بشهادتكم بالحقّ فيما يخصّكم فقط يا معشر علماء الفلك، ولا نطلب منكم الإعلان للبشر أنّ ناصر محمد اليماني هو المهديّ المنتظَر لكون هذه الفتوى لا تخصّكم؛ بل تخصّ علماء الدين، وإنما يخصّكم الاعتراف والإعلان بحقيقة حدوث شرط من أشراط الساعة الكبرى وهي أنّ الشمس أدركت القمر فولد الهلال من قبل الكسوف فاجتمعت به الشمس وقد هو هلال، لكون حقيقة الإدراك لن يعلمه علماء الدين على المنابر؛ بل سيعلمه علماء حركة الشمس والقمر.
وقد مضت على ناصر محمد اليماني عشر سنوات وأنا أحذّر البشر بأنّهم دخلوا في عصر أشراط الساعة الكبرى وبأنّ الشمس أدركت القمر وولد الهلال من قبل الكسوف واجتمعت به الشمس وقد هو هلال، فليتّقوا الله الواحد القهّار من قبل أن يسبق الليل النهار بسبب مرور ما يسمونه بالكوكب العاشر، فإن تبيّن لعلماء الفلك حدوث الخلل الفلكي لمنازل القمر ثم يكتموا شهادة الحقّ كما كتمتموها في بدر شوال فليتذكّروا قول الله تعالى: {وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَتَمَ شَهَادَةً عِندَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَا اللَّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ (140)} [البقرة].
وقال الله تعالى: {وَلَا تَكْتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ ۚ وَمَن يَكْتُمْهَا فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ (283)} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].
اللهم قد بلّغتُ اللهم فاشهد، وسلامٌ على المرسلين، والحمد لله ربّ العالمين..

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon all the prophets and messengers their righteous families, from the first one of them till their seal of them Mohammad messenger of Allah and who followed them in gratitude till the Day of Judgement, after this..
From the Awaited Imam Mahdi to all the astronomers among the humans to all the speakers of the pulpits to all Muslim and infidel..
I bear witness for Allah the One the Supreme Who He created the jinn of a flame of fire and He created man from dry clay like earth's pottery-clay, indeed the sun will overtake the moon the greatest overtaking in the new-crescent of Muharam for the new year 1436 so Muharam's crescent would be born before the eclipse so the sun meet with it (moon) in the awaited eclipse and it is just a crescent.
Perhaps the astronomer Moulham Hindy or Khalid Al-Zaaq or Mohammad Owda or all the astronomers would like to say: " Wait, wait O who claim that he is the Awaited Mahdi we are the astronomers most knowledgeable in the sun's movement and the moon than all the pulpits' scholares, and since this is the second statement to whom claim that he is the Awaited Mahdi and you declare in it to human that Muharam's crescent for year 1436 will be born before the awaited eclipse by the end of Dhul-Hijja so meets with it the sun and it is just a crescent, so the directed question to whom he claims that he is the Awaited Mahdi is: Since this is the second declaration from you O Nasser Mohammad about the crescent's birth of Muharam for the year 1436 that it will be born before the awaited eclipse so meets with it the sun and it is just a crescent and we all the astronomers are declaring that Muharam for the year 1436 will be born after the eclipse and Nasser Mohammad says before the eclipse because that the sun overtook the moon in ratification to one of the major signs of the Hour according the declaration of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, and the directed question to you O Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni is: when will be the birth of Muharam's crescent for year 1436?
Then the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to all the questioners and I say: Muharam's crescent for the new year 1436 will be born on Thursday night and meets with it the sun while it is just a new-crescent on the night of Friday, and Allah upon what I say is a Witness and Guardian. The previously announced in a statement in a statement before this about one of the first full moon nights that it would be the night of Friday, and I was waiting for the astronomer Moulham Hindy to put the question to Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni and say: " O Nasser Mohammad we just knew from you declaration that Muharam's crescent for the new year 1436 will be born the night of Friday and we devised that through your words Muharam's crescent will be born before the eclipse, and we see you you made the night of the appointed time of Muharam's crescent birth vague time and date to keep the secret of the overtaking for your self so you bring up the argument against the astronomers in each time for the fact your previous declaration were saying in it; Muharam's crescent for the new year 1436 will be born before the eclipse so meets with it the sun while it is just a new-crescent on the night of Friday, and we would never compel you to indicate the mystery of overtaking, but you have to raise the argument against us O Nasser Mohammad and declare to us about the full moon for the night of Saturday for Muharam month for the year 1436 and it is the night of the fifteenth of the Month Muharam 1436 AH.
Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies and I say to the astronomer Moulham Mohammad Hindy and to the astronomer Khalid Al-Zaaq and the astronomer Mohammad Owda and to all the astronomers and we say: You have to watch the full moon for the night of Saturday the night of middle of the month Muharam in your calculation and according to your reports, then watch the setting of the full moon in the morning of Saturday and most sure you will find the moon on the morning of Saturday truly being late off its known setting at your calculations, then you clear you conscience in front of Allah and in front of of your nation so you acknowledge and confess in the astronomical imbalance and that you found the moon at the night of the middle (of the month) had been late in its setting no doubt nor suspicion, then you admit that it is must for the crescent of Muharam for the year 1436 been born before the eclipse and the sun had met with it while is is a new crescent and that should not be possible for it to occur since that Allah created the heavens and the earth. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {Neither is it for the sun to overtake the moon, nor can the night outstrip the day. And all float on in an orbit.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ya-Seen] 36:40. Until enters the age of the worldly life in the era of the major signs of the Hour then the sun overtakes the moon so the crescent is born before the pairing so the sun meets with it while its just a new crescent til when Allah pleases for the sun to overtake the moon in the first of the month, Then the night precedes the daylight by rising the sun from its setting because of the passage of what they name it the tenth planet (PlanetX) Nibiru.
Indeed the sun overtakes the moon a warning for the humans before the night precedes the daylight for the fact the overtaking sign will be shown to you that it is the Truth upon the actual reality no doubt nor suspicion, then you announce by your testimonies in Truth in what concerns you only O assembly of astronomers, we do not request from the announcement to the humans that Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni is the Awaited Mahdi for this declaration does not concern you; in fact it concerns the religious scholars, and what should concern you is the acknowledgement and the publication in the reality of occurring a sign of the major signs of the Hour which is the sun overtook the moon so the crescent was born before the eclipse then the sun met with it while it is a new crescent, for the fact of the overtaking reality non knows of it of the religious scholars on the pulpits; but would know of it the knowledgeable-scientists for the movement of the sun and the moon.
Ten years has passed upon Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni and I warn the humans that they entered in the era of the major signs of the Hour and that the sun overtook the moon and the crescent was born before the eclipse then the sun met with it while it is a new crescent, they should keep their duties to Allah the One the All Mighty before the night precedes the daylight because of the passage what they name it by the tenth planet (planet X), if it was clarified for the astronomers the occurrence of the cosmic imbalance to the descent-phases of the moon then they conceal the true testimony as they kept quite about it in Shawal's full-moon then let them remember the word of Allah the Most High: {And who is more unjust than he who conceals a testimony that he has from Allah? And Allah is not heedless of what you do.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:140
